A summary of updates from the last 12 months.

2026-04-22 UniRadio App – Latest Updates

Hello! We've completed an extraordinary year of development. From April 2025 to April 2026, we delivered features that transformed the way veterinarians and clinics use UniRadio — from how reports are written and shared, to how exams arrive via PACS, to how accounts and teams are managed. In this post, we've gathered everything that was built for you over these 12 months.

👥 Accounts, Teams & Permissions

User account and permissions system (major launch — August 2025)

The biggest delivery of the year: we implemented a complete account management system. You can now invite users, define specific permissions for each team member, and control who can view and edit what. This transforms UniRadio into a truly multi-user solution, suited for clinics with teams.

Multiple accounts, one email

If you access multiple accounts on the platform, you can now use a single user to access all of them. Simply invite yourself to those accounts with your main email, or ask an administrator to invite you.

How to invite users

Bulk invitation resend

To streamline team onboarding, we added the ability to resend pending invitations to multiple users at once — especially useful when someone didn't find the original email.

If a user didn't receive the invitation email, you can access their profile and generate a new link to share via WhatsApp.

Full user management per account

The admin panel now has a consolidated view of all users linked to each account, with management controls in one place.

Delete logos and avatars

It is now possible to remove logos and avatars from accounts and users directly on the platform.

📋 Reports: from draft to final PDF

The heart of UniRadio got a lot more powerful this year.

Shortcuts in the report editor

We added keyboard shortcuts in the report editor to speed up writing. Use "#" in the editor to access your saved report templates. Anyone writing many reports per day will feel the difference in their workflow.

Automatic report history and versioning

UniRadio now automatically records the report history for veterinary physicians. This makes auditing easier, supports case follow-up, and ensures continuity of care.

Image sorting and visibility in reports

You can now control which images appear in the final report and in what order. No more reports with out-of-order images or unnecessary images in the PDF delivered to the pet owner.

🔬 PACS: more complete integration

The PACS integration evolved significantly throughout the year.

Direct DICOM file upload on the PACS Server page

Clinics with equipment that generates .dcm or .zip files can now upload them directly on the PACS exam page.

You can now link multiple PACS studies to a single exam.

🔗 Integrations & Automations

Webhooks for accounts

Your UniRadio account can now notify external systems via webhook whenever a relevant event occurs — such as a new exam arriving or a report being completed. This opens the door to integrations with clinic management systems, ERPs, and custom automations.

NPS satisfaction survey

We implemented an NPS satisfaction survey integrated into the platform. Your feedback helps us prioritize the improvements that matter most to you.

📊 Data & Reports

CSV client import and export

In October 2025, we launched the ability to import and export client lists (owners and animals) in CSV format. This makes it easier to migrate data from other systems and generate external reports.

Revenue information on reports

We added the ability to record and update billing information directly on reports, improving per-exam financial tracking.

📧 Emails & Notifications

Emails with clinic name as sender

Exam notification emails now display the clinic name as the sender — instead of a generic address. This increases message recognition and the pet owner's confidence when receiving the report.

Comments linked to clinics

Exam comments were improved to be correctly associated with each clinic, ensuring information appears in the right context for each account.

Updated notification preferences

Notification preference settings have been updated and now include full translations in both English and Portuguese.

🔐 Security

Two-factor authentication (2FA)

One of the most-requested features has arrived: you can now protect your UniRadio account with two-factor authentication. In addition to your password, a second verification method ensures that only you — and your authorized team — can access your patients' data. To enable it, go to Account Settings.

Enable two-factor authentication

This was a year of transformation for UniRadio. We evolved from a reporting platform into a complete veterinary teleradiology solution — with accounts, teams, integrations, and much more control in the hands of everyday users.
