Notification Preferences (Clinic)
Understand what each notification means and how to configure it in the clinic account.
Notification channels
Each event has two independent controls:
- Notification — Alert displayed within the system itself, in the notification bell (top corner of the screen). You need to have the system open to see it.
- Email — Message sent to the email address registered in the user's profile. Useful for receiving alerts even when the system is closed.
Both channels can be enabled or disabled individually for each event.
