How to Add and Delete Comments on a Client Account

Learn how to add and delete internal comments on a client's profile on the UniRadio platform.

Step by Step

1. Access the UniRadio platform

Sign in to your account and go to app.uniradio.vet.br/exams

2. Open "Clients"

In the side menu, click "Clients" to view the list of registered clients.

3. Select the clinic

Click on the client whose profile you want to leave a comment on.

4. Click the "Comment" field

Locate the comment field on the client's profile and click on it to start typing.

5. Click "Submit Comment"

After writing the comment, click "Submit Comment" to save it to the client's profile.

6. Click the trash icon

Scroll to the bottom of the page, locate the comment you want to remove, and click the corresponding trash icon.

7. Click "Continue" to confirm

Click "Continue" to confirm the deletion. The comment will be permanently removed from the client's account.
