Notification preferences (Radiologist)
Understand what each notification means and how to configure it in the radiologist account.
Notification channels
Each event has two independent controls:
- Notification — Alert displayed within the system itself, in the notification bell (top corner of the screen). You need to have the system open to see it.
- Email — Message sent to the email address registered in the user profile. Useful for receiving alerts even when the system is closed.
Both channels can be individually enabled or disabled for each event.
Notifications for Radiologists
Events available for users of radiologist-type accounts:
Exam created
Triggered when a client clinic submits a new exam for reporting.
- Notification — Displays an alert in the system bell.
- Email — Sends an email about the new exam.
TIP
It is recommended to keep both channels active so you don't miss new exams in the work queue.
Exams transferred to me
Triggered when another account user transfers an exam to your responsibility.
- Notification — Displays an alert in the system bell.
- Email — Sends an email informing about the transfer.
Pending exam updated
Triggered when a clinic edits or updates the data of an exam that has a pending status.
- Notification — Displays an alert in the system bell.
- Email — Sends an email with notice of the update.
Exam pending 72h
Automatic alert triggered when an exam remains in pending status for more than 72 hours without any activity.
- Notification — Displays an alert in the system bell.
- Email — Sends a reminder email.
Exam rejected
Triggered when an exam is rejected.
- Notification — Displays an alert in the system bell.
- Email — Sends an email informing about the rejection.
Comment created
Triggered when a clinic adds a comment on an exam.
- Notification — Displays an alert in the system bell.
- Email — Sends an email with the received comment.
TIP
Enable this channel to keep track of requests or questions sent by the clinic during the reporting process.
