How to Deactivate a Client Account

Learn how to deactivate a client account on the UniRadio platform through the administration panel.

Step by Step

1. Access the UniRadio platform

Sign in to your account and go to app.uniradio.vet.br/exams

2. Open "Clients"

In the side menu, click "Clients" to view the list of registered clients.

3. Select the clinic

Click on the client whose account you want to deactivate.

4. Click "Actions"

Click the "Actions" button to open the options menu available for the client.

5. Click "Deactivate Account"

Select the "Deactivate Account" option from the actions menu.

6. Select the reason and confirm

Select the reason for deactivation and click "Deactivate Account" to confirm. The client's account will be deactivated immediately.
