How to Edit My Profile

Your profile contains your professional information that will appear on reports and communications.

Step by Step

1. Access the UniRadio platform

Log in to your account at app.uniradio.vet.br

2. Select the "My Account" option

Click on the "My Account" menu to access settings.

3. Go to the profile page

You will be redirected to the profile page. Click on "Edit profile".

4. Fill out the form

Complete the form with your information and click "Save Changes".

Field Descriptions

Professional Identity

Change logo

• Allows you to change the account logo
• This logo will appear on your reports
• Recommended size: 300x300 pixels
• Supported formats: PNG, JPG

Name

• Full name of the professional or account holder
• This name will appear on all reports you generate

Tax ID (CNPJ)

• National Registry of Legal Entities
• Fill this field if you are a legal entity
• Format: 00.000.000/0000-00

Academic Information

Lattes Curriculum

• Link to the professional's Lattes Curriculum, if available
• Optional, but adds credibility

Website

• Address of professional or institutional website, if any
• Include the full URL (https://...)

Technical Responsibility

Technical responsible and CRMV

• Full name of the technical responsible
• Registration number with the Veterinary Medicine Council
• Fill if applicable

Digital Signature

Digital signature

• Area to draw or upload the digital signature
• Will be used on reports
• Make sure it is clear and professional

Professional

• Name of the professional responsible for issuing reports

CRMV

• Registration number with the Regional Council of Veterinary Medicine

Description

• Brief summary about experience or professional practice
• Specialties and areas of expertise

Professional phone

• Phone number for professional contact
• Format: (00) 00000-0000

Professional email

• Email address used for professional communications
• May be different from the login email

System Preferences

Notifications

• Option to enable or disable notifications about new exams
• Recommended: keep enabled to stay updated

Interface language

• Selection of the desired language for platform navigation

• Local timezone configuration for correct display of dates and times
