User profile fields
Understand what each field in the profile form means.
Personal data
Profile photo: Image displayed in the system to identify the user. Accepted formats: JPEG, PNG or GIF.
Name (required): Full name of the user, displayed on reports and in the system.
Email (required): User's email address, used for login and notifications.
Country code + Phone: Country code and contact phone number. Also used as a two-factor authentication channel via WhatsApp.
Professional data
CRMV: Veterinarian's registration number at the Regional Council of Veterinary Medicine. Displayed on generated reports.
Digital signature
Signature (drawing field): Area to draw the digital signature directly on screen, using a mouse or touch screen. The signature is automatically applied to reports.
Upload signature: Alternative to the drawing field. Allows uploading a signature image (JPEG, PNG or GIF). When uploaded, it replaces the drawn signature.
Language and time zone
Language: Sets the system interface language for the user (e.g., Portuguese, English).
Time zone: Sets the time zone used for displaying dates and times in the system. Important to ensure that exam and report times are displayed correctly.
Two-factor authentication
Additional security layer that requires identity verification beyond the password at login.
Email: Sends a verification code to the email address registered in the profile.
WhatsApp: Sends a verification code via WhatsApp to the phone number registered in the profile.
TIP
Multiple authentication methods can be enabled simultaneously. It is recommended to enable at least one method for greater account security.
ATTENTION
To enable the WhatsApp method, a phone number must be registered in the profile.
Report screen layout
Defines the visual layout of the report editing screen:
- Default: Two-column side-by-side layout — report editor on the left and image/details panel on the right.
- Centered: Layout with the report editor centered and the collapsible side panel, providing more space for writing the report.
