How to Update the Deactivation Reason for a Client
Learn how to change the recorded reason for the deactivation of a client account on the UniRadio platform.
Step by Step
1. Access the UniRadio platform
Sign in to your account and go to app.uniradio.vet.br/exams
2. Open "Clients"
In the side menu, click "Clients" to view the list of registered clients.

3. Click the "Inactive" tab
Click the "Inactive" tab to list only the deactivated accounts.

4. Select the client
Click on the client whose deactivation reason you want to update.

5. Click "Update deactivation reason"
Click the "Update deactivation reason" button to open the update form.

6. Select the new reason
Choose the appropriate reason for the deactivation, such as "Duplicate account" or another available option.

7. Click "Confirm" to save
Click "Confirm" to record the new deactivation reason.
